KS Dental Patient Information

To book a consultation, or you have any questions about KS Dental please don't hesitate to contact our friendly team.

Appointments can made during our opening times and we will aim to provide you with an appointment at the earliest possible time that suits you. You can choose which Dentist you would like to see at our practice, including your regular Dentist, but please note that this will depend on the appointments available.

Making an Appointment

We ask patients to arrive on time. If you do need to cancel a forthcoming appointment we require at least 24 hours notice where possible. Cancellation on the same day of appointment, will be treated as a failure to attend. Due to the busy nature of the practice, two failures without prior warning may result in the patient not being seen at the practice again.

Under no circumstances may abusive or violent behaviour be tolerated and may result in the patient not being seen again at the practice with immediate effect.

All patient records are highly confidential and only people with permission can access these files.

Patient's Responsibility

Our practice aims to provide a quality service at all times, if however you are not satisfied we have our own practice complaint procedure. Any complaints must be put down in writing addressed to the appropriate Dentist.
